THE ROLE

We’re looking for a ASSISTANT PRODUCER (f/m/d) to support our productions from the first inquiry through to final delivery. You help organize crews, schedules, logistics, and production documents, and coordinate closely with agencies, clients, and suppliers. You support creative development and client presentations, assist with cost tracking and accounting and ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently. You are eager to learn from experienced producers and to actively contribute to the realization of high-quality film and digital projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

1+ years of professional experience as a production assistant in advertising film production or a comparable field Eager to work pro-actively on any given task with a hands-on mentality Strong organizational skills Business fluent (written and spoken) in English. German is welcomed but not compulsory. A curiosity for new tools and technology, and a willingness to experiment. Valid German drivers license Business fluent (written and spoken) in English. We’re looking for a Production Intern with a passion for advertising, film, or related fields and a strong desire to learn the daily workings of a production company.
